Javelin International is led by financial controller Howard Siller, who built the company to give business owners the structure and support they're too often missing on their own.

Howard saw firsthand how much difficulty founders faced navigating financial and compliance requirements without proper guidance — and set out to make that process simpler and far less stressful.

His strengths lie in budgeting, business planning, and account reconciliation, backed by a sharp eye for detail and deep accounting expertise.

A true traveler at heart, Howard spends his downtime on ocean swims and beach walks with his wife. He and his team are ready to help your business get its finances in order.

Ema runs on organization. She genuinely enjoys digging into a financial review and makes sure every client's numbers stay current and fully reconciled.

A well-traveled explorer, Ema has visited destinations across Greece and Spain, though Tasmania holds a special place in her heart. Off the clock, she recharges with a run, a bushwalk, or a swim.

Kylie lives for the numbers, the analytics, and the data behind them. She takes pride in delivering detailed reports that help clients hit their financial goals.

Her favorite getaway is Lord Howe Island, and when she's not working, she's likely on the netball court or spending time with the people closest to her. Bonus fact: she's a serious karaoke enthusiast.
